Kagiso Media purchased 50,1% of Gloo Digital, a digital design agency whose staff have been creating world-class design solutions for more than 20 years, with effect from January 2009. It has performed ahead of expectation for the six months since its acquisition. Although it is still small relative to the group, the acquisition is viewed as strategic because it will stimulate the growth of new media properties across Kagiso Media.

Gloo’s key constraint to growth has been its lack of capacity to service the market demand, but now it is expected to grow aggressively to meet the needs of its rapidly expanding customer base.
